1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "wsd4d", "we", "us", or "our" — refers to the operator of the wsd4d platform, accessible at wsd4d.onl and all associated sub-domains.
• "Platform" — means the wsd4d website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated gaming, betting, payment, and account management services made available at wsd4d.onl.
• "Account" — means the individual registered player account created by and assigned to a single eligible user on the wsd4d platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" — means any natural person who has registered or is seeking to register an Account on the wsd4d platform.
• "Services" — means all sports betting, live casino, slot gaming, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, tournament products, bonus programs, and any other wagering or gaming products offered by wsd4d.
• "IDR" or "Rupiah" — means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which wsd4d accounts are denominated and transactions are processed.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures, which are mandatory for all wsd4d accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" — means any promotional credit, free spin value, tournament entry credit, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's account by wsd4d.
• "Real Money Funds" — means the IDR balance in a Player's account derived from actual deposits, excluding any Bonus Funds.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the wsd4d platform, clicking "I agree", completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the wsd4d Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the wsd4d platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as further described in Clause 16 (Amendments).

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the wsd4d platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The wsd4d platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21. wsd4d enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification using a valid Indonesian KTP Nasional (national identity card).
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the platform from within the Republic of Indonesia at the time of use.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the wsd4d platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion request on the wsd4d platform.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of wsd4d or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.

4 Account Registration

To access any real-money Services on the wsd4d platform, you must first complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to:

• Provide your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian KTP Nasional.
• Provide a valid date of birth confirming you are at least 21 years of age.
• Provide a valid and active Indonesian mobile phone number and email address.
• Select a unique username and a strong, confidential password for your account.
• Provide valid banking details for at least one accepted payment method (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. wsd4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify wsd4d support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

wsd4d reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

wsd4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program applicable to all registered accounts. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. wsd4d may also require KYC completion before approving bonus claims or at any other point determined at our discretion.

The following documents are required for standard KYC verification:

• Primary Identity Document: A clear, legible photograph or scanned copy of your valid Indonesian KTP Nasional (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), showing your full name, date of birth, and national identity number (NIK).
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence linking your registered bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) to your verified identity — for example, a screenshot of your banking app displaying your name and account number.
• Additional Documentation: wsd4d may request supplementary documents (such as a selfie with your KTP, a recent utility bill, or a bank statement) where our compliance team determines that additional verification is warranted.

All KYC documents submitted to wsd4d are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. wsd4d will not share your personal documents with any third party except as required by applicable law or our regulatory obligations.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wsd4d platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). wsd4d does not apply currency conversion fees. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer are typically credited to your wsd4d account within 1–5 minutes of confirmed bank-side transfer. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited in real time.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and matching your KYC-verified identity. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal amounts are subject to daily and weekly limits as displayed in your account settings.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet that has been verified as belonging to the same individual as the registered wsd4d account.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts that have not completed KYC will have withdrawal requests held pending verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 3 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and up to 30 minutes for bank transfers during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operating window.
• wsd4d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

wsd4d offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and tournament prize pools to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion's individual terms at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain slot titles, and togel (numbers lottery) markets may contribute at different rates as specified in each promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified in each promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified accounts that satisfy the eligibility criteria of each individual promotion. wsd4d reserves the right to exclude any account from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Abuse: wsd4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated multi-account wagering, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Any account found to be engaging in such activity will have all associated bonuses voided and the account suspended.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply across all wsd4d Services. Product-specific rules (including sportsbook settlement rules, live casino game rules, slot RTP disclosures, and togel draw schedules) are published in the relevant product section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Sportsbook: All sports bets — including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets — are settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for Indonesian football including BRI Liga 1 and Timnas Indonesia fixtures). In the event of a dispute, wsd4d's decision is final.
• Live Casino: Game outcomes are determined in real time by certified live dealers and independently audited RNG systems where applicable. In the event of a technical interruption mid-game, the round will be voided and all stakes returned to player accounts.
• Slot Games: All slot titles on the wsd4d platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific session outcomes.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum wager limits vary by product and are displayed at the point of bet placement. wsd4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Void Bets: wsd4d reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, manifest pricing error, system malfunction, or fraudulent activity. In all such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the player's account.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wsd4d platform. Any breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or arrangement with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity (money laundering, fraud, theft, or any other criminal conduct).
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with wsd4d.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their explicit authorization.
• Any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the wsd4d platform or the experience of other players.

10 Responsible Gaming

wsd4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified account holders and can be activated at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting wsd4d support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly IDR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure automatic notifications to alert you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your net session result and time played.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the wsd4d platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, software, game content, graphics, text, and database rights — is the exclusive property of wsd4d or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and other studio partners). Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, license, or interest in any intellectual property of wsd4d beyond the limited right to use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any wsd4d content without express prior written permission from wsd4d.

12 Privacy & Data

wsd4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By using the wsd4d platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

wsd4d implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, TLS 1.3 transport security, and role-based access controls — to protect your personal data and financial information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wsd4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your wsd4d account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wsd4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the wsd4d platform.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data.
• Technical failures, network outages, or platform downtime outside wsd4d's reasonable control.
• Any third-party conduct, including game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits wsd4d's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the player account at any time. Termination by wsd4d may occur in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero or near-zero balance.
• Any other circumstance in which wsd4d, in its reasonable judgment, determines that continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination, wsd4d will process any verified Real Money balance remaining in the account to the player's KYC-verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon account closure.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting wsd4d support via live chat.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the wsd4d platform under its international gaming license.

wsd4d operates as an internationally licensed and regulated gaming platform. Players in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling occupies a complex legal environment in the Republic of Indonesia and accept sole responsibility for ensuring that their use of the wsd4d platform complies with any applicable local obligations. wsd4d makes no representation that the Services are legal or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond the scope of its international license.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through wsd4d's internal dispute resolution process (see Clause 17 — Contact) may be referred to binding arbitration administered by a recognized international arbitration body, the seat of which shall be determined by wsd4d at the time of the dispute.

16 Amendments

wsd4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, wsd4d will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the platform, by email to your registered address, or by such other method as wsd4d deems appropriate. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the notice.

Your continued use of the wsd4d platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 14.

wsd4d's internal dispute resolution process is available at no cost to the player and is the required first step before any dispute may be escalated to external arbitration as described in Clause 15.
