1 Definitions

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

• Photographs or scanned copies of your KTP Nasional.

6 Legal Basis for Processing

wsd4d processes your Personal Data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform our obligations under the Terms & Conditions you have accepted — including account management, payment processing, and service delivery.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for wsd4d's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, security monitoring, responsible gaming oversight, and platform analytics — provided those interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights.

7 Data Sharing

• Payment Processors: We share the minimum necessary payment details (your name, bank account or e-wallet identifier, and transaction amount) with our payment processing partners to execute deposits and withdrawals. 8 International Data Transfers

wsd4d's primary server infrastructure is located in data centers designed to serve the Southeast Asian market with low latency for players in Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Yogyakarta, Semarang, and other Indonesian cities. However, some of our third-party service providers — including certain game studio platform APIs and cloud infrastructure components — may process data on servers located outside Indonesia.

Where Personal Data is transferred to processors in jurisdictions outside Indonesia, wsd4d ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

• Contractual clauses in data processing agreements that require the recipient to protect your data to a standard at least equivalent to this Privacy Policy.

wsd4d retains your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations. The following retention periods apply:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with wsd4d's data destruction procedures. Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for statistical analysis and platform improvement.

10 Security Measures

wsd4d implements a comprehensive set of technical, organizational, and procedural security measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include:

12 Protection of Minors

The wsd4d platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and over. wsd4d does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21. All registration attempts are subject to age verification, and KYC procedures require submission of a valid Indonesian KTP Nasional confirming the account holder's date of birth.

If wsd4d discovers that Personal Data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age — whether through a false declaration at registration or any other means — the following steps will be taken immediately:

• The account will be permanently suspended and all access to real-money Services will be revoked.
• All Personal Data associated with the underage account will be securely deleted, except where retention is required for regulatory reporting purposes.
• Any deposits made will be held pending identity verification of the true account holder before any refund is considered.

13 Your Rights

wsd4d will respond to all verified data rights requests within 7 business days. In cases of complexity or high volume, we may extend this period by a further 14 business days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reasons for it. Exercising your rights under this clause is free of charge.

14 Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with how wsd4d has handled your Personal Data or responded to a data rights request, you have the right to submit a formal complaint. The process is as follows:

1. Internal Complaint: Contact wsd4d's support team via live chat or by email at [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Complaint". Provide your registered username, a clear description of your concern, and any supporting details. wsd4d will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

15 Policy Amendments

wsd4d reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or our platform's functionality. When material changes are made, wsd4d will provide advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the platform and, where practical, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

The effective date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be updated with each revision. Your continued use of the wsd4d platform following the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
